Credit Card Payment
We accept credit card payments on our internet site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo cards. We do not accept American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch. If your order is split and sent in 2 shipments because we are out of stock of something, you are not charged for the second shipment until we send it. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. The prices shown in US Dollars are there as a guide only and should NOT be considered the correct price for the item. All transactions will be charged in pounds sterling and will be converted at the then current applicable exchange rate by your credit card company. For all international orders we are only able to deliver to the credit or debit card holders address.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card information is safe because we use a fully secure server. We do not know of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Orders by Post
If you wish to pay by cheque you will need to send your order in by post. You can write the order out on plain paper or print off a blank order form from the web site. Please make the cheque out to A.S.Handover Ltd. The processing time will be delayed by however long it takes for the order to reach us.

Tax charges for orders delivered to a UK or European Union address at 20% is added. All foreign orders are VAT free and you should click the TAX FREE SHOPPING button to reduce VAT to zero. All deliveries within the EU are subject to VAT unless you are registered for VAT in your own country and provide us with your VAT registration number.
When taking goods out of the UK that were purchased for use outside the UK and if the goods leave the country within three months of the purchase, you can claim back the VAT you paid. You pay the VAT, fill out a form you request from us, take the goods through customs at the airport, they inspect the goods and post us back the form. It can take up to three months for them to process the paperwork and send it to us. When we receive the form from them we will refund the VAT. We now charge a £5.00 administration fee for the paperwork for this service. If this pertains to you please ask about this at the time you place an order.
