This tool is comprised of several separate pencils made from pure Kolinsky sable, set into a wooden block. This type of hair gives a finer grain effect than hog hair with a more responsive touch. The tool consists of a set of Handover Sable Pencil Overgrainer Brush Heads in a wood block (spacing of the brush heads 3 in) is ideal for creating widely spaced lines similar to those found in American Walnut.
