Amending or Cancelling an Order
We are unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. If you have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
If you no longer require an item that you have ordered, please write us a note explaining why you are returning it and detailing your name and order number, and post it back with the item to:

Please note, our current estimated time for processing and issuing refunds for Unwanted Returns is 3 weeks.

Note: please ensure that the products arrive with us in their original saleable condition and within 30 days from receipt of your orders. Short-falls or order errors should be registered within 7 days. Please bear in mind that we are unable to refund any postage costs except in cases of faulty products.
