We hope that you are happy with every purchase you make from Handover, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please know that we have experienced people on hand to help you.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

We are unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. If you have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

Unwanted Items

If you no longer require an item that you have ordered – and it is non-hazardous – you can arrange a return using our Royal Mail Returns service here.

If you have a heavy or hazardous item then please call us to arrange a collection on 0207 241 5877.

Hazardous items include: signwriting enamels, thinners/brush cleaning fluids, solvent based paints, back up black, gold size, glass etching cream, etc. If you aren’t sure, please contact us to find out if your item can be returned via Royal Mail or if you need to book a collection.

Please note, our current estimated time for processing and issuing refunds for Unwanted Returns is 3 weeks.

Note: please ensure that the products arrive with us in their original saleable condition and within 30 days from receipt of your orders. Short-falls or order errors should be registered within 7 days. Please bear in mind that we are unable to refund any postage costs except in cases of faulty products. Please include your name and order number with any returns.
