UK STANDARD DELIVERY
We always aim to give you the best price, because of this we use various shipping companies and calculate postage based on delivery location and size and weight of the order.
To find out exact shipping costs and options, please add your desired items and the delivery address to your basket.
Additional surcharges may be incurred on orders being sent to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and EIRE depending on the size or weight of the parcel. The table below shows a guide to our shipping prices to these destinations. If you order from Handover.com the shipping fee will be calculated and added to your order on checkout. Please note that the table does not account for volumetric oversized orders, or additional necessary packaging.
If you have extra large items, these can incur extra charges, we will be in contact if these affect your order but if a delivery estimate seems high, try removing big products from your basket.
UK Mainland Standard – 2 to 5 working days
In a hurry?
We also offer a special Next Day Service within mainland UK (48 hour to Offshore UK destinations). This service cost will be worked out based on what’s in your basket and can be applied to any order being delivered to a mainland UK address. Next Day orders must be submitted before 1pm, after this time the Next Day order will be considered a priority for the following day. Please note that our Next Day service is only available Monday – Friday; orders submitted past 1pm on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and treated as a Monday order (to be delivered on the following Tuesday). Orders cannot be dispatched or delivered on public holidays.
UK NON-STANDARD DELIVERY
Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man – 2 to 7 working days
Delivery takes 2 to 5 days as a UK standard plus an extension based on postcodes in the following bands:

REST OF THE WORLD
The best way to find out accurate shipping costs and options is to add your desired items and the delivery address to your basket.
Flammable or hazardous liquids, any liquid above 250ml or aerosols cannot be sent by air mail.
Some items will not be able to be shipped overseas due to their length, volume or weight, the current length limit for Rest of World is 1 metre.
Oversized orders or those requiring extra packaging may incur additional charges.
A note about tax: UK-enforced VAT will be removed from any order total where VAT should not be applied, i.e. if the delivery address is outside of the EU, on checkout. However, the recipient is wholly responsible for the payment of any import duty and taxes, and it is their responsibility to find out if these will apply to the goods within their order. Any returned shipments refused at entry will have the full cost of shipping deducted from any refund.

TRACKING
For tracking details, please log in to your Handover account.
We track all orders where a tracked delivery service has been selected.
Additionally, we track all orders with a value over £30 being sent to the US or Canada and all orders with a value over £50 that are being sent to the rest of the world.
Delivery for international postal orders is handled by UK postal services up until the point it arrives at the destination country. It is then usually taken over by local postal services. If your parcel qualifies for a tracking number, the number you receive will enable you to track your order both while it is in the UK and once it is received by local postal services in the destination country.
Not all services are trackable. If you require a tracked service please select it during checkout.
PO BOX DELIVERY
Please be aware if you choose a PO Box as a delivery address for an order, we cannot be held liable if that order goes missing or arrives damaged.
If you do decide to choose a PO Box as a delivery address for an order, please include a note in the comments box stating that: ‘I am happy to accept liability for my order being delivered to a PO Box address.’
