Craftmaster : Decorative Flat Colour 250 ml : Black

A fast drying, highly pigmented paint that dries with a flat dull finish. Developed primarily for traditional canal decoration with the addition of a final gloss coat of varnish.

* please note that while there is no firm sheen level attached to the Craftmaster Flat Colour, the black can have a slight satin sheen due to this pigment not responding well to matting agents.
