BROWSING PRODUCTS
To help you find exactly what you’re looking for, we provide two different ways of browsing through our products:
1. Department – Use the drop-down menus to find the area you’re looking for, and then narrow down your search further with the filter options on the left of the results page.
2. Keyword Search – Using the search box at the top of the site will allow you to filter through our entire catalogue. Performing a search for the term ‘acrylic’, for example, will produce; categories you may like to search through, popular search terms and products that include the word ‘acrylic’ in their name. Navigating through categories or popular search terms will bring you to a results page that can be filtered further using the filter options on the left of the results page. Navigating through the suggested products will take you directly to the product page.Â
Run out of time and want to save your order for later? Make sure that you are signed in (you may need to register if this is your first time ordering with us), check your chosen items are in your basket and then sign out. Your basket will be saved for the next time that you sign into our website. To find your chosen items, simply sign back in (if necessary) and click on the basket icon in the top right hand corner. We also recommend to always sign in before you start shopping.
Checking Out
To begin the checkout process, hover your mouse over the basket icon at the top right of the screen, and you will see a summary of the items in your basket, with the option of clicking View Basket or Checkout. When you click through to the View Basket page, you can review the items you’re about to purchase, view a shipping estimate and apply gift cards or coupons. When you’re ready, click Proceed to Checkout.
If you’re not already signed in, you’ll be asked to do so now. We always recommend signing in, especially if you’re likely to order again in the future, as it allows you to save your shipping and billing addresses for a quicker checkout. There is also the option of placing an order as a guest by simply filling in your details for billing and shipping addresses, which will not require you to create a new account (should you wish to create an account, there is a tickbox under the address fields).
Checking Out – troubleshooting
Checkout sessions can time out after a period of inactivity. If you started checking out and left your computer or phone for a while, refresh the page or return to your basket and start the checkout again.
If the checkout page shows a spinning wheel when making a payment, or it won’t load even after refreshing, your browser may be using out-of-date files.
Your browser could be Google Chrome, Safari (on iPhones, iPads and Macs), Microsoft Edge or Firefox. To speed things up, your browser saves some files from websites you have visited before. This saved information is called the cache. Sometimes these saved files go out of date, and the checkout page can’t load properly. When this happens, you may see a spinning wheel that doesn’t go away.
To fix this, Clear your browser’s cache and cookies (usually under Settings or History > Clear browsing data), close and reopen the browser, then return to the website. You may need to add items to your basket again. You can also try a different browser or a private/incognito window.

CANCELLING / AMENDING AN ORDER
We are generally unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been placed. If you have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible on [email protected] or +44 (0)207 2415877.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal payments on our website. Transactions are charged in the currency of your choice. We are unable to accept American Express card payments.
